How $100K a Year is Possible for Young Web Builders?

How $100K a Year is Possible for Young Web Builders?

Harry is a young web builder.
Harry is 16 and started building content at the age of 9. It was Myspace at the time and then Bebo and some squidoo. But then Harry started learning html, php and playing with a little bit of Javascript to make a few popups.

He built his first jokes websites at 12 years of age and a youtube channel which had over 10K subscribers. He had a ball and eventually sold his site and channel on flippa.com for over $12K.

At 13 he invested in 3 more joke sites with his sale money and sold those off for another profit of $23K. 2 years later he had used the money to purchase more sites and was bringing in over $50k a year, just from flipping websites.

He was also making good money from ad revenues and was selling services on fiverr.com and through forums for making video animations and writing code.

Next year he has plans to make more niche websites in the jokes niche which has served him so well. Its a fun niche and he is making good money from it, so why stop?

He is also spending a lot of time looking for efficient ways of SEO’ing his website and purchasing cheap, targeted traffic.

He is always on the lookout for great offers to push to his site visitors and giving a lot of cool stuff away to build his opt-in list. ¬†He’s collected over 20K emails in 2 years and is soon hoping to push a $10 ebook of jokes he compiled at about 2%, meaning he hopes to sell 400 ebooks at $10, making him $4K in just one afternoon of emailing his list.

He plans to keep building his email list and offer his list a new edition of his funny jokes ebook every month. From ebook sales alone, he is looking to build an annual income in excess of $50k per year. That on top of the $50K he is making flipping websites.

$100K a year for a 16 year old young web builder is certainly no bad thing. ūüėČ
