How To Make The Most of Triond

How To Make The Most of Triond

If you’re trying to earn money online by writing, then it can be a little confusing trying to decide where you should start. Not only are there a number of options open to you, but there is also a lot of competition, and this means that you need to ensure that the route you take is the most beneficial for what you are hoping to achieve.

Triond is a website on which you are paid depending on the number of views that your articles receive. To take a look at the website, click HERE. You can publish almost anything on Triond, provided it is suitable for audiences of all ages.  The site is great for beginner writers, your writing style doesn’t need to be perfect, and your articles don’t have to be of fantastic quality. For somebody who simply wants to practice writing and uploading articles, Triond is perfect.

The first question that most will ask is how much they could expect to get paid. There is such a wide variety of payments in Triond that it’s almost possible to predict, although each article will earn you anything between $0.0001 per view to $0.004 per view. Triond will never divulge their payment criteria, however you do begin to get a good idea of which articles tend to earn the most money.

Triond is a revenue share system, and the profits from the articles are split 50/50 between writer and Triond. Usually, the amount that you earn will depend on the advertisements that can be placed on your page. If you write about things like televisions, for instance, then these advertisements would be worth more than something like a poem, which may struggle to find advertisements to fit the article. This is a very vague criteria, though, and there are exceptions to every rule. To increase the amount that you earn from advertisements, it is a good idea to sign up to Google AdSense, and enable integration on your Triond account. A number of writers find that they actually earn more from doing this than they do on their actual articles, which can be a fantastic additional income.

Another great way to make money on Triond is by referring friends or contacts to the website. For every member who signs up, you get a bonus of 25% of what they earn. This is taken from Triond’s portion of earnings, not theirs, so they do not lose anything by signing up to you. If you think about it, if you had 10 friends who even earn $1 per day, this would make you an extra $2.50 for yourself without even having to do anything. As long as they continued earning money, you would get the benefit of it.

The most important thing that many need to know is how to earn money from your Triond articles. Although I stated above that your articles don’t need to be of a high quality, you will find that you get a lot more views if you write about an interesting topic. This is because people are much more likely to share the links on social networking websites and discuss it with their friends than they are if they can’t really understand a word you’re writing about.

Another piece of advice is that you don’t want to write about things that not many people find interesting. While I am sure you may be passionate about certain things that happen to you, and would like to write about them, you’re not likely to get a huge reader base for this unless you’re a particularly well known person with a huge presence on social networks. Share your opinions on popular subjects, as they’re more likely to gain a reaction from your readers.

Making your articles search engine friendly is also important. To do this, it is important to think about words and phrases that individuals might input into a search engine that relate to your topic. By placing these key words strategically in amongst your writing, people using a search engine are much more likely to stumble across your work. An example could be if you are trying to make money online. Things such as “how to make money online”, “making easy money”, “free cash online”, and many more are things that people search for every single day. Placing some of these words in your text would promote your article more effectively. However, this has to be done organically, as it will read more like a sales pitch if it is not done naturally.

Once you have sorted out your article content, then the rest of your earnings will very much depend upon how much you promote your articles. If you use social networking websites, then this can be a good start. By sharing the links to your articles, this may encourage your friends to click, and they may share the link themselves if what you have written was particularly thought provoking. This is one of the main ways that it is possible to get views, although having that initial “buzz” about your article can be somewhat difficult to achieve. It may help to ask some of those closest to you whether they would share their article, or even just “like” your link, as this would help for it to appear on the pages of other individuals, too. In addition to this, it can help to post the links on forums. You should never spam, as this is not allowed, however there is nothing wrong (usually, but check the forum rules) with posting the link to your article if it fits well with the discussion that is already going on. When I dedicated a lot of my time to Triond, I would post links to a student forum and gain several thousand views per day just from this, which would have earned anything between $10 and $1,000 in just one day, depending on which articles I shared, and how much they earned for me per view.

Triond itself is almost like a social network for publishers. On your newsfeed, you can see a list of your friends’ activities, including things that they have published. Adding people as friends can help, as they will be likely to click on your article if it has a title that grabs their attention. Then they may share it with friends, and so on. It is a good idea to ensure that you have your referrals as friends, as clicking their articles could create a bit of revenue for them and, in turn, for you. It may interest you to know that you can also click your own articles, but unless you are on a fast laptop and can save them all on a bookmarks tab and open them at the same time, this method of gaining a little extra cash could be more trouble than its worth.

Ultimately, Triond is a game of patience. It is unlikely that you would be able to earn money quickly, however in the long term it will probably work out at better value than if you were paid one amount for your article. For example, on my personal account, some of the articles that I published four years ago now have earnings of $100+, which is good for the hour that they will have taken me at the time. At the height of my own personal earnings, I found that posting a new article could give me around $2 in the first day thanks to the friends I’d added on Triond, and then tailed off to just a couple of cents per day. Some of my lower quality articles now receive no views at all, however some of the most popular ones still receive several hundred views per day. The more articles you have out there, the more you’re likely to earn. Personally, I haven’t used my Triond account for almost six months because of the fact that I have a full time job as a writer than is more economically efficient for me, however I still get a monthly payment from them, which can be anything between $100 and $500 for my 700 articles, depending on which articles are the most popular in any given month. The majority of my articles earn very little, however there is still the odd one that gets shared more than the rest. This is gradually reducing thanks to the majority of my articles being slightly dated now, however I feel that it is still an excellent amount to be earning considering I haven’t signed in for so long.

Overall, if you are looking for an income as a writer to try to develop your writing style then Triond may be good for you. It will take some effort to propel yourself to major earnings, however it is good if you have no experience to take on work elsewhere. The flexibility of the job means that you can write whatever you like, whenever you like, meaning that it is an excellent job for the likes of students.

If you feel as though you would like to give Triond a go, then click HERE to read more about it and sign up. You have nothing to lose, but could potentially gain a lot with a little work and a bit of luck!

I had no idea this existed. I write non-stop about anything I can think of, and writing articles and getting paid cheaply for it seems like something I can finally put those hundreds of documents I’ve written to good use.

      “paid cheaply”

  • it’s like you read my mind. I was reading your blog posts thinking how I could improve my writing for blogs, and you posted this. I have never seen, nor heard of a site like this and it sounds absolutely amazing. The pricing seems fair, but doesn’t seem like you’d make a lot from it, but it does seem to be great for practice. I didn’t read on the post though, can you tell me if they allow people to comment on your posts? I think this will be one more step to making this site even better if they did. Thank you so much for posting this, and I will be trying them out here soon.

A side note, you should think about adding your referral links to the posts that you advertise to help earn you some stuff if they offer any deals like that.

I feel really inspired to give Triond another try. I’ve written a few articles for Triond but never really earned much. And, maybe that’s because I don’t have the same volume of articles as you do on the site.

I’d love to know how your earnings on Triond compare with other sites like Hubpages which rely on Adsense and ad sales from the page. That site lets you recruit friends to get earnings too. Though it’s forbidden to click on your own ads as Adsense is involved.

This seems to be a really good site to post on; I’ll check it out again and see if I can apply the tips you gave.

    Thanks for the insightful article.
