Successful teams are built on love and mutual respect

Successful teams are built on love and mutual respect

In order to fully appreciate the title of this post, you really need to understand how energy flows around the universe.

It is a well known fact that we and everything in the universe comprise not solid matter, but frequencies. Holograms, if you like.

Our thoughts, emotions and bodies are frequencies interacting with the world and objects around us.

Depending on how we feel, we (our frequencies)  resonate on different levels.

When we are angry or sad, we resonate at one frequency and when we happy and grateful, we resonate on a different frequency.

When we feel love, we resonate on one frequency and when we hate we resonate on another.

When we feel respect, we resonate on one frequency and when we feel contempt we resonate on another.

When we are placed under great stress, we are on one frequency and when we are relaxed we are on another.

Researchers at the Institute of HeartMath have found that when we humans engender what you might call positive frequencies and when others around us feel the same, that this mental and emotional balance enables relationships to form, expand and flourish at a much faster rate than could ever be achieved through negative frequencies which are derived through anxiety, anger and fear. Not only that, there research shows that positive frequencies engender greater flexibility, adaptability, innovation, self motivation, communication, shared focus, honesty and purposefulness.

So, if you want to develop a happy, successful and sustainable on-line team, you need to engender the conditions whereby you and the people you intend to work with operate and continue to operate  on the same frequencies.

Let these frequencies be positive ones!
